What can I say about this, it is the best creation! I love adding this to just about anything. Its great all by itself, but also pairs well with hummus, feta and even a lovely addition to your salads. All it takes is a few ingredients and you are good to go. 😊
1 cup Kalamata Olives
1 cup Green Olives(any variety)
1/2 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes
5-6 stems Thyme
1 tsp Sumac
1/2 tsp Aleppo Pepper
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
3TBS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1)Place all of the ingredients in the desired pan and cook it on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes. Stir it occasionally to warm up evenly.
2)Serve immediately or room temp. Can be stored in a glass container for up to a week.
Note: You can always rewarm the leftovers if that's your preference.
