Mango and Peach Salsa



This has quickly become my go to salsa for the summer months. I have been eating it every week for the past month and half and I am still loving it. Its fresh, sweet, tangy and spicy all at the same time. PLUS, no cooking required, which is a huge plus for the summer months.


Add this to your taco nights or just serve them with freshly fried tortillas chips for those snack cravings. SO YUM!


  • No Special equipment required!

Ingredients:

1 Mango

1 Peach

1 Jalepeno

1/2 of a Red Onion

A handful of either Cilantro or Parsley

1 Small Lemon (juice)

Kosher Salt


Method:

1) Prep and dice all the fruits and vegetables.

2) Either thinly slice or finely dice the Jalapeño.

3) Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and finish it off by adding the juice of one small lemon or 1/2 of a large one and finally season with salt to taste.

4) Consume immediately or let it sit for 15-20 min for the flavors to mingle and develop.
